Up until recently, anyone looking to get a personal trainer to get in shape, manage their weight, train for an event, prepare for a special occasion or just enhance your overall health and wellness had very limited options. At $60-$150 per hour, the conventional, expensive, dietitian and personal trainer simply aren’t an option for most.
As a personal trainer with over 15 years experience coaching and motivating people to get fit and look their best I became frustrated with this, so in order to reach more people Australia wide, in 1999 I created Australia's first online personal training website.

Taking my coaching service online meant I could offer my weight loss programs and personal trainer advice to alot more people at an affordable cost and it didnt matter where you lived or how busy you were, as long as you had a computer and internet connection you could access my personalised programs, advice and support online 24 Hours a day , 7 days a week.
Besides the personalised fitness and weight loss programs I could also deliver motivation and support to help people stay on track and this really is the key to losing weight and keeping it off over the long term.
