Fitness Programs For Aussies !
I receive alot of emails from people asking me about my fitness programs and how online personal training all works.
Its all personal and I design individual fitness and workout programs for each person based on the criteria below:

* How many days per week you can train ?
* What equipment you have access to whether it be a set of hand weights at home or access to a commercial gym?
* What you enjoy doing in terms of training and how much time you have available each session ?
* What medical conditions or injuries you may have ?
* What goals you would like to focus on such as muscle tone for the legs or just overall weight loss ?
* You only work with me personally and all emails or phone calls are directly with me
* Once I have designed and emailed your program I then encourage you to email me a few times a week so you are accountable to me and I can track your progress. I also email you a few times a week which really helps you with support and motivation.
