Twitter and Workouts

I have just signed up to www.twitter.com as a way of logging my own workouts and thoughts and keeping an eye on my online clients.

Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service, that allows its users to send and read other users' updates (otherwise known as tweets), which are text-based posts of up to 140 characters in length.

Workout Video Using Light Weights + Bench

I have filmed this video workout using hand weights and a bench to show you dont need to join a gym or invest in expensive equipment to get into shape.

The great thing about this workout is you dont need much room and its a total body workout.'
