Q: What does your online personal training involve?

A: After filling out our questionnaire and medical form we can then assess your fitness level and design both a cardio/strength training program for you which will enable you to train at your own convenience.
The program will be adjusted monthly which will require you to give us feedback as to how you are feeling with the workouts and then we can adjust them accordingly.
Support is only a click away and I will return an answer to your questions within 48hrs. This program guarantees results.

Q: What does the look/lean package consist of?

A: This is a step by step, day by day, week by week, exercise and meal plan designed to kick-start your exercise program. It is a 6-week package, which is very easy to follow and is aimed at getting results. This package will trim your waistline and increase your fitness.

Q: I am lacking motivation and don't live near a gym,
can E-FITNESS help me?
A: Yes we can, motivating our clients are one of the services we offer. Upon joining our program, and after receiving our program, we will be in contact with you regularly to ensure you are staying with the program.
You don't need to live near a gym as membership allows you access to a huge listing of exercises and instructions, which are easy to follow.
