When it comes to losing weight, what you put in your mouth and when is vital to losing weight and keeping it off.
Exercise helps you burn calories and fat , builds lean muscle and gives you positive self esteem while good nutrition
gives you the fuel and energy to maintain the results and keep you healthy internally.
There is so much confusion in the diet and food industry - alot it being caused by large companies who use tricky marketing
and words to put a healthy slant on unhealthy products thus fueling the obesity epidemic.
My role is to clear the confusion and give you food and diet choices and easy options to choose from that will help you lose weight.
All the foods in my meal and diet plans are available at any supermarket and I don't promote or sell weight loss products or powders.
You don't need these expensive products if you eat meals that are balanced with the right nutrients and I will show you how to do this.
While some foods may be healthy, this may surprise you but they wont help you lose weight so its important to realize that
you need to do more than just ''eat healthy'' when it comes to losing weight.

It is healthy but if you are eating these foods and wanting to lose weight then you will FAIL to achieve your weight loss goals !
Breakfast : Bowl of Special K with skim milk
Mid morning snack : banana
Lunch : Salad Roll and fruit juice
Mid Afternoon Snack : apple
Dinner : Pasta or rice
