Fitness Plan To Lose Weight

Question

I was wondering what sort of fitness plan to lose weight you would recommend for someone who wants to lose 1kg per week but doesn't want to spend all evening at the gym?

Answer

Training at a gym is NOT essential to lose weight. The key is to stay ACTIVE - individual and team sports, fast walking, swimming, biking, upper and lower body exercises such as pushups, chinups, tricep dips, squats, lunges and situps, will all help burn calories and enable you to lose weight, tone up and increase your fitness.
Adding a light gym session or joining a pump/body combat class will help with variety, but is not essential.
Aiming to exercise 4-5 times per week for approx 30 minutes will be enough to stimulate weight loss initially
 Don't forget a low-fat high protein healthy eating plan with lots of  fresh produce to help fuel the body.
