“Imagine living in an island paradise, beautiful food, cocktails and nothing to do other than laze by the pool. Well, this is the life I lead in Fiji! My husband is a General Manager of a Resort and we live within the Resort environs.

It truly is a wonderful lifestyle, but not one that is conducive to keeping fit! We have a gym two minutes walk from our home, the largest pool in the South Pacific, kayaks, a tennis court – you name it.

But the motivation to MOVE(!) when we first arrived was low to say the least. Before the gorgeous desserts and creamy cocktails turned me into an ‘unfit ball(!)’ I thought I best get some advice from a fitness expert.

That’s when I found www.getfit.com.au and Dean – my saviour! Being in Fiji, his service online was perfect for me. Every four weeks a new program is sent to me via email – I’m never bored. The routines aren’t monotonous. And results? Amazing! I have never been overweight, but I’ve never felt super fit.

I’ve been following Dean’s customised programmes for a year now and my fitness levels are amazing. I run 8km easily and I feel fabulous afterwards. His programmes are realistic and his motivation style is not dictatorial. I never feel guilty if I’ve missed a session. I have to say I have found the perfect way to keep fit and stay in shape. So, while lazing by the pool with a luscious cocktail in hand I don’t have to feel guilty. I can have my cake AND eat it. Perfect! A million thankyou’s Dean!”

I have tried all sorts of programs/diets etc. with initial success but then
in the long term I was still unmotivated, unfit and not the weight I wanted
to be. This program has taught me that I can achieve what I want in a way
that I now feel contented to move at my own pace with a program structured
just for me and know that i will achieve results and keep them. It has also
alleviated the confusion I was feeling with all the different conflicting
advice from various fitness books/programs etc. At the beginning of the
